Located on three adjacent city lots in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood, Rick Bayless' completely organic garden serves as a model for urban food production and demonstrates that gardens can be simultaneously functional and beautiful. With a mix of traditional beds, raised beds, containers, vertical and indoor garden spaces, the visitor will be inspired and come away with a multitude of ideas and techniques to incorporate into their own garden spaces.
Come join us for a one hour information & inspiration-packed tour of the Bayless' garden. Experience Rick’s extensive outdoor kitchen, a multitude of stunning container plantings, a commercial organic vegetable garden, composting systems and more. Come to one of our Wednesday evening series tours or organize your own group tour.
If you would like to be added to the 2013 wait list for our Wednesday Evening Tour Series, please email email@example.com. We are currently filling up spaces with those on last year's wait list, but spaces may become available. In the event they do not, you will remain on the list and be among the first notified in 2014.
This is the perfect option for garden clubs, larger groups of friends, or those unable to attend one of our Wednesday evening tours. Times and dates are flexible. Tour content can be tailored to your group’s particular interests and needs. Groups also have the option to do a tour/lunch package with a garden tour followed by a private lunch at Rick’s Restaurant.
For details on arranging a tour, cost and arranging an optional group lunch please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
